Established in 1982 to preserve Barrio Azteca, one of Laredo’s oldest historically recognized residential neighborhoods, Azteca Economic Development and Preservation Corporation is committed to preserving the cultural roots and economic integrity of neighborhoods through the creation of affordable housing and financial opportunities for low-income individuals.
The Mission of AED&PC
The mission of AED&PC is to help low-income individuals and families by creating low-income housing, developing job opportunities, and bringing capital to new businesses created by low-income individual and families in greater Laredo.

We are proud of the work Azteca Economic Development & Preservation Corporation has been able to accomplish. However, much work remains before us and our need is rapidly increasing.
